Groundwater Data Loggers, Water Level Data Loggers
The Levelogger 5 Water Level Datalogger has enhanced features which definitely gives it an “5” over previous Levelogger versions.
It is an automatic absolute water level logger which records water level and temperature to a high accuracy. The 5 water level dataloggers has infra-red data transfer and an industry leading 10 year (1-minute intervals) battery life. Deployment can be with either a Direct Read Cable, wireline or Kevlar cord. The Levelogger 5 water level datalogger has a memory capacity to store up to 120,000 water level and temperature data points
The 5 Levelogger features the new Hastelloy® pressure sensor and Titanium based PVD coating which provide improved stability and reliability, increased corrosion resistance in harsh environments, as well as improved stability of readings in extreme pressure and temperature conditions. It also has a wider temperature compensated pressure range (0 to 50°C, -10 to 50°C for Barologger 5), and improved thermal response time. The sensor, built from Hastelloy, can withstand 2 times over-pressure without permanent damage.
A new version of software, Version 4.0, has been written to support the Levelogger 5, Levelogger Junior, LTC Levelogger Junior, Rainlogger and Leveloader. Version 4.0 provides new features, including the ability to compensate for barometric pressure on multiple Levelogger data files simultaneously. It makes programming data loggers and viewing data easier. More useful programming options are now available including compressed and repeat sampling, and a future stop option. Downloading data is now faster, due to the increased communication speed between the Levelogger 5 datalogger and the PC with the new Optical Reader.
